Georgia's Last Game for Villa!
This Friday night (6 Dec @ CP1) Georgia Keen will play her last match in Villa colours.
Georgia has been a loyal and dedicated player for Villa for many years and has excelled in her football. She has achieved many milestones so far including being selected for the Australian School Girls team for two years in a row.
With new challenges ahead Georgia now embarks on a new chapter in her football career.
She has requested a massive club/group photo, hoping that as many people directly and indirectly associated with her time at the club will be there. Players, coaches, supporters, committee members, everybody and anybody from the club are invited.
The photo will be taken on Friday night when the summer youth league play Maclean at Crawford Park before the game at around 6:00PM. Please spread the word and help farewell Georgia in style.

2013 Oceania Cup - A Great Success!
The inaugural Alstonville FC Oceania Cup was a great success by all accounts. Held over the October long weekend this was the culmination of much planning and preparation for the unique all girls and womens football tournament.
With 27 teams and approximately 400 players the first year of this tournament exceeded expectations. All teams thoroughly enjoyed the event and thought it was a fantastic idea. The club plans to run the tournament every year and we hope it will only get bigger and better.
Teams from as far away as Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Armidale and the Gold Coast attended as well as a host of local teams. The event received good media coverage. See here for one of the newspaper articles.
A huge thank you goes to all the volunteers who helped over the weekend without whom it would not have been possible and to all the visiting teams who attended.
Below are the tournament champions for the 2013 Oceania Cup.
Gr12 - Alstonville Red Devils
Gr14 - NIF Ninjas (Armidale)
Gr16 - Coffs Coast Tigers
Open A - Bangalow Bluedogs

The 2013 AGM was held on 14 Oct with a good turnout of around 15 people present.
Most of the main positions were filled with Paul Jarrett once again voted in as club President and a lot of the other roles unchanged from 2013. Also, a big thank you to those new committee members who have put up their hand to help in 2014.
