The 2026 Miniroos season is officially underway!

Yesterday, Geoff Watt Oval was buzzing as our youngest stars kicked off their very first competitive games. Seeing those U6s hit the pitch for the first time was a total highlight—does anyone else remember the nerves and excitement of their own first game?

A massive shoutout to our superstar Miniroos VP, Emma, her assistant Tara, and our tireless committee members. Your behind-the-scenes magic made for a perfectly smooth kickoff. Let’s go, Miniroos!

We also want to send a huge thank you to our brand new game leaders and their coordinators, Yasmin and Karma, for doing a stellar job refereeing the U10 and U11 games.
