Step 1: Register Players on PlayFootball
First, every player must be individually registered on PlayFootball.com.au for the tournament before taking the field. Step by step guide here.
Please ask your team members to do this before coming back to submit this form.
- Northern NSW Football Players: Register directly through PlayFootball. There is no cost.
- Interstate/Unregistered Players: If not covered by NNSWF, players must register on PlayFootball as ‘Unregistered’ and pay the insurance fee ($19.80 for seniors / $5.50 for juniors). Please request interstate/away clearance from your local association if coming from outside NNSWF and then you will not have to pay this fee. See our FAQs for more details.
Step 2: Team Manager / Coach Completes the Form on This Page
- Download the Players List Template (or click the link next to the upload box below).
- Club Contact / Manager fills in all player details.
- Upload your completed file to the form below and hit submit!

- Jersey Numbers: Required prior to tournament kickoff (no match sheets). If you don’t have final jersey numbers yet, you can submit the form now and update us closer to the event.
